In Sevastopol, the memory of the dead sailors of the Kursk submarine

A memorable event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the crew of the K-141 Kursk nuclear submarine missile cruiser in the Barents Sea was held at the monument to the dead Sevastopol submariners at the community cemetery.
Submaster veterans, Black Sea sailors, cadets, relatives and colleagues of the dead, social activists, and residents of the city gathered here. A rally-reprivation began with a lithium on the dead members of the crew of the missile cruiser.
All Sevastopol residents remember and will always remember the heroes who died on August 12, 2000. We will do everything so that the memory of this tragedy is preserved for subsequent generations. Eternal glory to the dead heroes, eternal memory,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, the chairman of the regional public organization Sevastopol Council of Veterans of submariners, Vitaly Mantorova.
The mother of the deceased Captain of Lieutenant Denis Pshenichnikov, who served on the Kursk atomic underwater missile cruiser, is bitterly recalling the loss of a son who has passed away at the age of 26.
For me, this is not just a loss, but a loss of a very expensive person. Our city is military, and in many guys fate is connected with the military service and the fleet. Denis studied at the Dzerzhinsky Naval School in St. Petersburg and served in the Northern Fleet, where he died. It is important that we always remember and honor our heroes, because it is they who protect our homeland— emphasized Natalia Pshenichnikova.
Participants in the mourning rally laid flowers and wreaths at the monument to the Sevastopol residents who died on the Kursk nuclear submarine, honored their memory with a minute of silence.
The nuclear submarine missile carrier K-141 Kursk sank on August 12, 2000 in the Barents Sea.
