In total, in Sevastopol, the regional program provides for major repairs in 3 182 apartment buildings. From 2015 to 2022 years of work performed on 1 376 objects.

Currently, a short-term plan for the implementation of the regional program for the 2022 year is being updated — it provides for the execution of work in 35 houses.

To date, the program has already been implemented by 50%, the activities have been completed. In the remaining 54 houses, work is already underway, contractors have been fully identified , notes Evgeny Gorlov.

During 2022 a year, 14 roofs will be repaired, 14 facades, 12 basements, 35 internal engineering power supply networks, 12 heat supply systems, 27 water supply systems, 12 water disposal systems, two elevators and one foundation.

Before the start of the heating season, we will have time to complete all engineering communications, as well as roofing work, ”said Evgeny Gorlov.

The head of the department also emphasized that, on the instructions of the governor, a detour and inspection of the current state of the repair facilities was carried out. “The work is being carried out everywhere, there is contact with people — with house committees, with seniors at the entrance, that is, the work is fully controlled , — says the director of the department of urban economy.

The short-term plan for the implementation of the regional program for the 2022 year includes, among other things, 12 types of work in four apartment buildings forming a capital repair fund on special accounts.
