In Sevastopol, the procedure for paying a number of subsidies was announced
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Today, at a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, changes were made to the procedure for paying subsidies relating to various spheres of life in the city. Thus, the procedure for receiving care payments has been simplified for those who live with disabled people of groups I and II due to mental illness. This payment is provided to those who have already received it before December 31, 2014.
Now, instead of five documents, the applicant provides only two documents — a passport and a conclusion from a medical commission of a medical institution about the need for constant outside care for a disabled person of group I or II due to mental illness. Employment information, certificates of family income and family composition will now be requested as part of interdepartmental interaction– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of labor and social protection of the population Elena Sulyagina.
In addition, today we adopted the order of the Government of Sevastopol “On amending Article 26 of the Law of the City of Sevastopol dated January 23, 2015 No. 107-ZS “On Education in the City of Sevastopol.” This will allow for the extension of additional regional compensation for parental fees for childcare and supervision in preschool educational institutions in the city.
This payment is 20% of the established average parental payment. At the same time, payments provided for by federal legislation will continue to be made., — emphasizes. O. Director of the Department of Education and Science Maxim Krivonos.
Also today, we adopted a resolution of the Government of Sevastopol “On the redistribution of budgetary allocations provided for in the consolidated budget schedule of the city of Sevastopol for 2024 and the planning period of 2025 and 2026, with the aim of implementing certain measures in the areas of healthcare and digital development in 2024.”
As a result of the redistribution, part of the funds will be used for additional financing of significant events as part of the implementation of state programs in Sevastopol. A major overhaul of the computed tomography system of City Hospital No. 1 and a major overhaul of ventilation in the buildings of the city’s infectious diseases hospital will be carried out. In addition, funds will be used to ensure information security, notes I. O. Director of the City Finance Department Alexey Plotnikov.
Among other things, at the Government meeting it was discussed that all subsidies in the agricultural sector will be issued electronically.
Starting this year, all subsidies will be provided electronically. These changes have already been communicated to all business entities; explanatory work has been carried out,” said Natalia Skoryukova, director of the department of agriculture and consumer market.
