The prosecutor’s office of the city of Sevastopol conducted an audit on the appeal of an elderly woman, a veteran-trudge, which belongs to the category of «children of war».

The applicant — Anastasia Yakovlevna Larchikova — turned to the personal reception of the deputy head of the city prosecutor’s office with a complaint about the actions of the Department of Property and Land Relations. She said that since 1988 it has been a member of the TSN SNT Enthusiast-1 in Sevastopol, where it is assigned a garden section of 400 square meters. Starting since 2021, the woman repeatedly turned to the department in order to privatize this land plot, but received refusals indicating various reasons. Even the decision of the Gagarinsky District Court of Sevastopol in the lawsuit of the pensioner on the recognition of the right to acquire ownership of this land plot was not the basis for satisfying the Department of its application for free of charge.,-the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol said.

In order to protect the rights of a woman, the city prosecutor’s office contributed to the director of the department an idea of ​​eliminating violations of the law. The act of prosecutorial response is satisfied.

After the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, at the request of the woman, a land plot was formed, which she actually has been using since 1988, and was provided to her.
