In Sevastopol, the prosecutor's office is checking the progress of construction of a residential complex on the street. General Cruiser

Shareholders are waiting for the long-term construction to be put into operation.

The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Sevastopol continues to monitor the completion of the construction of a residential complex with retail, social, cultural and household facilities, public catering, office space and multi-level parking on the street. General Kreiser.

Deputy District Prosecutor Alexey Litvin visited the construction site, inspected the problematic facility and discussed issues of completing the work with a representative of the developer.

The complex consists of two apartment buildings. Its construction began before March 18, 2014. The developer is ZhSK «Center». Supervisory support of the progress of construction work at the site is carried out by the prosecutor’s office due to the fact that funds from more than 50 shareholders were raised for its construction, but obligations to them remain unfulfilled for a long time. In order to control the dynamics of construction, the management of the district prosecutor’s office systematically conducts on-site inspections at the site. In 2022–2023, a set of prosecutorial response measures was adopted. According to the district prosecutor’s office, the developer eliminated the identified violations.

At the time of this on-site inspection, the developer was carrying out the arrangement of the facade, commissioning of the air conditioning system, landscaping of the territory, measures to organize internal power supply and other work were carried out under an agreement with the contractornoted the supervisory agency.

Based on the results of the visit of the district deputy prosecutor, further actions were determined for the speedy commissioning of the facility. The restoration of the rights of citizens participating in the construction of a residential complex remains under the control of the prosecutor’s office. A date has been scheduled for the next meeting with the developer to evaluate the results of the work performed.
