In 2024, the Sevastopol Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor’s Office sent 6 claims to the liquidation of landfills to the city courts. The courts of 8 claims of the environmental prosecutor’s office on these issues, including those presented in previous years, were considered and satisfied.
During the year, the response measures taken by the environmental prosecutor’s office liquidated 7 landfills with a total area of over 180.7 thousand square meters. m.
In total, the environmental prosecutor’s office during the inspections of the implementation of the legislation in the field of proceedings of production and consumption was revealed 122 violations. In order to eliminate them, 56 performances were made. According to the acts of prosecutorial response, 33 guilty persons were brought to disciplinary liability, 22 — to administrative.
