The Investigation Department for the Leninsky District found that in the summer of 2022, a number of contracts were signed between a medical institution and an individual entrepreneur for the repair of an ambulance substation No. 3 in the amount of more than 2.3 million rubles. At the same time, the officials of the Center, without the contractor performing the entire range of planned work, paid, while in accordance with the examination, in fact, the work was only 30% completed. Thus, the budget of the healthcare institution suffered damage in the amount of more than 1.6 million rubles— reported in the Sledkom.
Violations of the law were revealed during the prosecutor’s check. The investigating authority, with the participation of employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, is taking measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed and compensating for the damage caused to the state organization.
