As part of the implementation of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», the contracting organization «Dorozhnik» began repairing the pavement on Okruzhnaya Street in Sevastopol. The length of the site is about 700 meters. This road is in demand among the residents of the region and motorists — the Children’s Home, sports school No. 7, Sevastopol Shipbuilding College are located nearby.
During the repair, the road workers will mill the existing pavement, eliminate subsidence, lay the leveling and top layer of asphalt concrete.
Today, the contractor is already replacing the side stone, after which the old asphalt concrete pavement will be milled and two layers of the new one will be laid. At the final stage of the repair work, they will begin to strengthen the roadsides with a crushed stone-sand mixture and apply horizontal markings. The completion date is September of the current year , — said Alexander Shiryaev, Deputy Director of the Directorate for the Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Sevastopol.
In total, in the 2022 year, within the framework of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», sections will be brought to the normative state and two bridge structures will be repaired. The total length of the objects is more than 67 km.
