In Sevastopol, the requirements necessary to coordinate the appearance of construction projects have been changed

CrimeaPRESS reports:

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, changes were discussed to the requirements to coordinate the architectural and urban planning appearance of objects being built in the city.

In the new draft resolution, we clarify what documents are required to obtain permission for the architectural and urban planning appearance of an object. The list of cases when approval of the appearance of the object is required, as well as cases when approval from the architectural and artistic council is required to obtain permission. For example, this applies to objects located near the sea coastline, — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol and. O. Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Sevastopol Yulia Shemonaeva.

During the meeting, they also discussed the need to obtain an easement to coordinate the appearance of the property.

An easement is required when there is no access to the land from public land. We ask for an easement in cases where the location of a building on a land plot directly depends on the organization of access to this site. We have already encountered situations where we agreed on the appearance of a building, and then it turned out that the access specified in the planning organization diagram did not correspond to the design decisions, and we had to redesign and then re-submit the project to the architectural council,” notes Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maxim Zhukalov.
