In Sevastopol, the results of the regional stage of the All -Russian contest «Educator of the Year of Russia — 2025» were summed up

In Sevastopol, the regional stage of the All -Russian professional skill contest “Educator of the Year of Russia — 2025” ended. The best teacher of preschool education was the teacher of the highest qualification category of kindergarten No. 91 Elena Suvorova.

I have been working in kindergarten No. 91 for 34 years, I came an assistant to the teacher, then received a professional education, raised its skills, eventually became a teacher of the highest qualification category. My victory was a surprise, this is a sign that I was noticed and appreciated. I was supported by my native and creative group of our kindergarten «Fairy Tale». I decided to participate in the competition in order to share my pedagogical experience and make a binding with colleagues, because their pedagogical finds are very interesting and very attractive for working with children. My priority topic in working with children is artistic experimentation, creative production of various crafts. I spent a master class on the topic “Handwork with love. Competitive tests took place within four days. Nine teachers fought for the right to become the best teacher of Sevastopol 2025.

In the absentee round, it was necessary to send the jury to the jury on the website of his institution of the visiting card “I am a teacher”.

Then the first full -time tour was held: the contestants held «Pedagogical events with children» and «educational events with parents.» Five teachers continued to participate in the second full -time round. They demonstrated their “master class” and took part in the competitive test “Blitzturner”-solving situational problems.

At all stages of competitive tests, the jury members observed and evaluated how the teacher enters the unfamiliar children’s team, how he establishes contact, presents the material, what methods and techniques use, how much he holds the attention of the guys throughout the lesson, and how useful this lesson was. During an educational event with parents, we evaluated the communication of the teacher with an unfamiliar group of parents, the ability to give competent detailed answers to parents’ questions about physical education, about the adaptation of the child in the new team, about training at school, and other life situations. It is also valuable that some contestants are already saying that they will participate in professional competitions in the following years— notes the deputy director of the Department of Education and Science Elena Andrus.

According to the results of the regional stage, the tutor of the first qualification category of kindergarten No. 125 Galina Kovalenko took three times, the third place was the teacher of the first qualification category of kindergarten No. 20 Oksana Shlyakhtitskaya.

My pedagogical experience has been for more than 10 years, and I think this is a certain purpose. Each of us chooses our path from childhood, I always liked to deal with children. My professional motto is in the following lines: what should the teacher be? Of course, it should be kind, love children, love learning, love their profession. I think I was not mistaken in my choice. I am happy to go to work, I have an excellent team, I have a teacher-mentor, an excellent leader who supports many of my undertakings. Participating in the competition, I gained an invaluable experience that inspires further achievements. I am grateful to my team, which supported me and inspired me— notes Galina Kovalenko.

The director of the Antique educational center Svetlana Kaminskaya noted that time dictates the need for a systematic increase in skill by teachers.

The world changes, the children change, and in order for the teacher to be interesting and in demand, he needs to improve his skill. Several reasons motivate participation in competitions: authority and respect among colleagues. If they put forward a person to the competition, then he has certain merits, knowledge, skills, then he is trusted to represent an educational institution. There are other ways to motivate employees. The teacher is a profession that requires continuous development and you can’t dwell on what has been achieved— assured Svetlana Kaminskaya.

Now the winner of the regional stage, the teacher of kindergarten No. 91, Elena Suvorova, will have serious preparations for participation in the All -Russian finale, where she will fight for the title of “Educator of the Year of Russia — 2025” with colleagues from other regions. The finale will take place in the fall.
