Officers of the Sokol Special Rapid Response Unit of the Russian National Guard detained a Sevastopol resident who was organizing caches in the hero city.

During the patrol of the guarded territory, the National Guard officers noticed a man hiding something behind the fence of the building. The citizen was detained and handed over to the employees of the territorial police department.
