In Sevastopol, the state contracts were executed, but customers saved their debts on payments. The prosecutor's office intervened

The prosecutor’s office of the city of Sevastopol organized an audit of the implementation of the legislation in terms of timely payment by customers of obligations on fulfilled state contracts.

It was established that the subordinate department of education and science of the city of Sevastopol by the State Autonomous Institution “Regional Children’s Educational Center“ Planet of Childhood ”in 2024 concluded 121 contracts totaling 35.6 million rubles. At the same time, for a long time the payment of the obligations was not made.

The prosecutor’s office made a submission to the supervisor to the governor of Sevastopol to eliminate the identified violations, which is considered and satisfied.

The department allocated 27 million rubles to pay off debts that were brought to a budget institution. Currently, the debt to the executors of the work is repaid for the indicated amount.

The actual elimination of violations is under the control of the prosecutor’s office.
