At a meeting of the government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a resolution was adopted to award annual city awards. Consideration of applications from institutions and organizations for awarding prizes and selection of winners in Sevastopol was carried out by expert councils of executive bodies.

In the field of culture — to the team of the show group «Walk Soul» of the «Balaklava Palace of Culture»: Sofya Alekseevna Busygina; Kazmirchuk Lyudmila Anatolyevna; Makarova Olga Alexandrovna; Markova Tatyana Yurievna; Mirovodova Nadezhda Vladimirovna; Pasternak Yulia Viktorovna; Pasternak Konstantin Vladimirovich; Rudenko Yaroslav Viktorovich.
In medecine – Tokareva Elena Romanovna, head of the department of specialized medical care — neurologist of the department of specialized medical care of the polyclinic No. 5 of the hospital named after.
