In Sevastopol, the woman transferred almost two million rubles to the cyberfers

The next day, a pensioner really received a call from a person who introduced himself as an employee of the FSB. He explained that she needed to cooperate with the investigation and soon she will be contacted by employees of the Central Bank for further instructions. Soon the woman again called an unknown person who introduced himself as an employee of the bank security service. He explained that in connection with the situation arising, it is necessary to check all the employees whose names came to the ill -wishers. To do this, the pensioner must withdraw all cash from the deposit and transfer them to a «safe account»,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

Getting to the persuasion of scammers, a local resident complied with the instructions, transferring 1 million 795 thousand rubles to them. After the operation was completed, the scammers told her that now it was required to wait 12 days.

After the indicated time, the fraudsters again contacted the pensioner and said that her apartment was in credit pledge. At that moment, realizing that she was a victim of deception, the victim turned to the police.

Dear citizens, Be extremely careful and carefully check the information received by phone and through messengers. Remember that representatives of law enforcement agencies, bank employees never require transferring money or performing such operations.

Upon receipt of such calls, it is necessary to immediately interrupt the conversation with strangers and contact by phone 102.
