Based on the information of law enforcement agencies about the continuing threat of a terrorist act and the organization of activities to counteract its commission, by the decision of the chairman of the anti-terrorist commission in the city of Sevastopol, the governor of the city of Sevastopol, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger in the city of Sevastopol was established for the period from 05 hour. min. Law enforcement agencies, public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation and local governments are taking the necessary additional measures aimed at ensuring the security of the individual, society and the state, provided for by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 05 June 2012 city No. 500.
Citizens are recommended:
Always control the situation around you, especially when you are at transport facilities, in cultural, entertainment, sports and shopping centers, as well as when visiting educational institutions. If you find forgotten things, without touching them, inform the driver, employees of the facility, security services, and the police about this. Do not try to look inside a suspicious package, box, or other object. Do not pick up ownerless things, no matter how attractive they look. Explosive devices can be camouflaged in them (in children’s toys, cell phones, boxes, bags, briefcases, cigarette packs, cans of drinks, etc.). Do not kick objects on the ground on the street. If, suddenly, the activation of security forces and law enforcement agencies began, do not show curiosity, go in the other direction, but do not run, so that you are not mistaken for the offender. If you accidentally learn about an impending terrorist attack, immediately report it to law enforcement agencies.
If you find an ownerless thing in public transport, interview people who are nearby. Try to establish whose it is, and who could have left it. If the owner is not identified, report the find to the driver immediately.
If you find an unknown object in the entrance of your house, ask your neighbors, perhaps it belongs to them. If the owner is not identified, report the find to your police department immediately. If an unknown object is found in the institution, immediately report the discovery to the administration or security.
If unmanned aerial vehicles are found, immediately report to law enforcement or emergency services.

- do not touch, move, or open the detected object;
- fix the time of finding the object;
- try to do everything possible so that people move as far as possible from the find;
- be sure to wait for the arrival of the operational-investigation team (remember that you are a very important eyewitness).
