In Sevastopol there is now a children's department of the dermatovenerologic dispensary
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Patients of the Dermatovenerological Dispensary under the age of 18 will now be treated in the most comfortable conditions. In Sevastopol, a major overhaul of the new children’s department of the medical institution was completed. The work was carried out within the framework of the regional project «Development of children’s health care, including the creation of a modern infrastructure for the provision of medical care to children.»
The overhaul included facade work, replacement of utilities, equipping doctors’ offices and waiting areas for visitors with air conditioning and heating systems. In addition, the entrance to the medical facility is equipped with a ramp, the bathrooms are equipped with special handrails for patients with disabilities.
The department is located in the house at 4, Repina Street. Patients have a separate entrance with a reception desk.
Previously, the reception of both adults and children was held in the same building on Ochakovtsev Street, now the reception of the children’s population will be carried out here, on Repina. Thus, we have separated the streams, which is correct and important. The premises were overhauled, new furniture and appliances were purchased— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, the head physician of the dermatovenerologic dispensary, Alexander Shevela.
During the working day, dermatovenereologists will be able to see up to 100 patients. You can make an appointment both directly through the portal of public services, the registry or the contact center, and in the direction of the attending physician. The department also has a treatment room, where, if necessary, tests and scrapings will be taken. The plans are to organize a day hospital.
