The All -Russian Fair of Employment in Sevastopol has been held since 2023, and every year the number of its participants is growing, interactive dialogue tools between the employer and the applicant are used. In 2024, more than 1.5 thousand vacancies presented 25 employers at the employment fair, about a thousand people attended events. Along with the employers, experts will be involved in the fair who will help graduates, students and their parents decide on the most promising sectors for further employment, and to those who only choose their future profession, learn about the most popular areas.

This year, the “Festival of Professions” will be held for the first time at the sites of the employment fairy fairing fairs. It will become a central career guidance event where guests will be able to get acquainted with professions that are in demand not only today, but will not lose their relevance in the future.
