In Sevastopol, they announce the «Dictation of Victory». Will you risk?

On April 27, the fifth International Historical Action on the theme of the events of the Great Patriotic War — «Victory Dictation» will be held. The action is designed to arouse the interest of schoolchildren and young people in the events of the heroic past of our country, to provide an opportunity to test their knowledge of history, as well as to learn new information about the events of the Great Patriotic War. In 2023, 22,000 venues across Russia will join Dictation of Victory. In Sevastopol, the action will be held at more than 90 special venues, most of them in educational organizations of the city.

This year, the number of sites organized on the basis of educational organizations in the city of Sevastopol has increased significantly. Almost all schools in the city, as well as organizations of secondary vocational education, will take part in the Victory Dictation. Participation in the «Victory Dictation» is an opportunity for each of us to show our involvement with the heroic history of Russia, Sevastopol, to once again recall the great feat of our ancestors. I also want to remind you that graduates who answer correctly all the questions of the dictation can get additional points when entering universities, notes I. O. Director of the Department of Education and Science Maxim Krivonos.

Registration on the Dictation of Victory sites will begin on April 27 at 11:00 am, and participants will start writing the dictation at 12:00 pm.

• Memorial complex «Malakhov Kurgan», st. Heroes of Sevastopol;
• Museum and Exhibition Complex «Konstantinov Battery», Zagordianskogo Street;
• Museum Historical and Memorial Complex to the Heroic Defenders of Sevastopol «35th Coastal Battery», Alley of Defenders of the 35th Battery;
• Sevastopol regional public reception of the chairman of the party «United Russia» Dmitry Medvedev, st. Bolshaya Morskaya, 4;
• City center of social and sports programs of Sevastopol, st. Alexandra Kosareva, 2;
• Sevastopol branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, st. Vakulenchuk, 29;

• Sevastopol State University, st. University, 33;
• Russian State Art Gallery in the business center «Tsar’s Quay», st. Portovaya, 17;

It will be possible to take part in the action in an online format — on the website dictation of victory.rf.

All participants of the dictation will have to answer 25 questions: 20 on general military-historical topics and 5 on regional ones.

You will need to complete the tasks in 45 minutes.

Recall that for the first time the Victory Dictation was held on May 7, 2019, the year of the celebration of the 74th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
