In Sevastopol, they approved the project of a new aquatermic complex

At the next meeting of the Architectural and Art Council of the city, a project for the construction of a modern aquatermic complex was approved. The object will be located on the site of the former unfinished ice rink, in the immediate vicinity of the circus, sports facilities and residential quarters — this will provide convenient access for residents of the city.

The complex will include thermal and salt pools operating all year round. The building is designed in the style of neoclassicism using restrained, calm colors. The project fully complies with the General Plan of Sevastopol and provides for the presence of its own treatment facilities, as well as the emergency drain of water.

We will remind, earlier the project was considered at the previous meeting of the Council, but then the materials were aimed at revision — it was required to improve the design of the facade and entrance group. All comments on the part of experts were taken into account: the appearance of the building has been adjusted, the design of the entrance area and facades is revised, cypresses for fencing the territory will also be planted.

The aquattermal complex has great potential to become a new point of attraction for residents and guests of the city. This is a closed space, focused on maintaining the health and rest of citizens. At the same time, open areas can be adapted and mobile. The main thing is that architectural solutions meet modern standards and harmoniously fit into the city landscape, creating a comfortable and attractive environment for all visitors,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, acting Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maxim Zhukalov.

Earlier, members of the architectural and artistic council have already noted the relevance of the construction of such facilities in Sevastopol, indicating their importance both for improving the quality of life of citizens and for the development of tourist infrastructure and attracting investments. Now, after the finalization of the outline project, the active stage of its direct implementation will begin.
