In Sevastopol today, about 500 intra-quarter roads with a total length of 300 km are not assigned to the balance holder. To solve the problems of their repair and improvement, it is necessary to inventory them, include them in the city’s property register and determine the balance holders. A resolution was adopted to create a working group that will deal with these issues.
After the adoption of the legal act, the owners of the intra-quarter roads will be determined — this may be the department of transport and the department of urban economy. This will ensure the maintenance of the proper operational condition of such roads as part of the implementation of measures for the repair and maintenance of intra-quarter roads passing through the city , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of transport and development of road infrastructure of the city Pavel Ieno .
The terms of the inventory, as well as the methods of its implementation and the balance holders of the objects, will be determined by the members of the working group — an appropriate document will be developed.
