In Sevastopol they intend to create a family club for relatives of special operation participants

On January 23, at the public support headquarters in Sevastopol, a ceremony was held to sign a cooperation agreement between the Movement of the First and the Defenders of the Fatherland state fund. Thanks to the joint initiative of the two organizations, a family club will be created in Sevastopol, which will unite parents, children and special operation veterans.

As part of the agreement, the organizations plan to hold joint events aimed at the patriotic education of children and youth of Sevastopol, as well as interaction with the parent community of the Hero City. It is already known that family club meetings will be held several times a month, and the next event is scheduled for February 3.

The signing of an agreement with the fund is a landmark event for the First Movement in Sevastopol. It is important for us that children grow up with the right examples and learn about the heroes of our country and our region. Now even more children, whose parents are now heroically defending Russia in the zone of a special military operation, will be involved in the activities of the First Movement– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the chairman of the regional branch of the First Movement in Sevastopol, Anna Molchanova.

The State Fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» regularly holds various events for special operation veterans and their families. Any children will be able to join the club to get to know each other and make friends, and in the future the organizations plan to hold sports competitions.

One of the priority tasks and activities of the foundation is working with the families of the special operation participants — these are wives, mothers, and children with whom we meet and hold events. The goal of our cooperation with the First Movement is to show families that they are not alone, that we are all together, that we support them, that their children are very important to us, and we are ready to provide them with comprehensive, comprehensive supportsays Elena Anisimova, head of the Sevastopol branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland state fund.
