In Sevastopol, they launched the competition «Family of the Year-2025»

• young family (parents under 35 years old and one or more child);
• large family (families with three or more children);
• Family dynasty (families with three or more generations of followers of the same profession, work, having family traditions and hobbies participating in social activities).

According to Alina Sorokina, deputy director of the Center for Social Assistance to Family and Children, families living in Sevastopol can take part in the competition, raising children, preserving national and family traditions, creating favorable conditions for harmonious moral, intellectual, physical development of children, instructing labor skills that show the winners of the conduct of conducted in the past in the past similar contests.

Families can be nominated by local authorities, various departments, organizations, institutions and enterprises, public associations or by self -nomination— said Alina Sorokina.

To participate, it is necessary to provide the following documents:

— Application for participation in the competition in the established form;

— Family questionnaire in the established form;

— consent to the processing of personal data;

— copy of the marriage certificate;

— copies of birth certificates;

— petition of the local government of the city, department, organization, institution or enterprise, public association (in case of nomination with the indicated bodies and departments);

— Portfolio «Family Portrait».

A written story about the history of the family should contain the following information:

— family experience;

— The history of parents dating, the place of work (type of activity) of parents;

— the history of the birth of children, the traditions of transferring names in the family;

— family traditions of raising children and their achievements;

— distribution of roles under household;

— hobbies of the family, family members;

— organization of leisure in the family;

— participation in public life, information about the awards of family members;

— The incentive motive for participation in the competition.

A written story is compiled in any form, performed in the form of an album, accompanied by photographs, copies of the received diplomas, letters, photographs of the products of applied and artistic creativity of family members. Documents in paper form are provided to the Center for Social Assistance to families and children, on the street. Pushkin, 18— added the deputy director of the center.

At the first stage, the commission selects the girlfriends of the finalists (three in each nomination).

The second (qualifying) stage passes in person, within the framework of a solemn event. It contains families in full force. They undergo competitive tests. The commission looks at the ability of family members to communicate with each other, erudite in matters of raising children and other qualities. At this stage, three families become winners (one in each nomination). The candidates of these families are sent to the All -Russian competition, where the winner is determined.

Recall that the competition «Family of the Year» in Sevastopol has been held since 2017. Last year, the winner became a large family of Kurtukovs. She went in full force to Moscow, where the debit of families-victorious families of the All-Russian competition in the Kremlin Palace took place.
