Today in Sevastopol, another hero of the North Military District, Guard Corporal Igor Stechishin, was buried with military honors.
Igor Alekseevich was born and raised in Sevastopol. Graduated from school No. 9. He received his profession at the Sevastopol Shipbuilding College. In 2018-2019 he served in military service. After finishing his service, he worked at the Kachin winery. In September 2022, he was called up for mobilization into the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and sent to serve in the coastal defense brigade in the village of Perevalnoye. Igor Alekseevich died heroically near the village of Malye Kopani, Skadovsky district, Kherson regionsaid Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
