In Sevastopol they said goodbye to the hero of the Northern Military District — a driver mechanic who died in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk

Today in Sevastopol, Private Artyom Shcherbashin, a mechanic-driver of the 255th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 20th Guards Motorized Rifle Division, was seen off on his last journey.
Artem Igorevich was born in Volgodonsk, Rostov region. In 1997, the family moved to Sevastopol, where Artem graduated from school No. 34. He also attended the children’s flotilla, where he mastered the basics of naval service, after which Artem Igorevich studied at the Sevastopol branch of the Academy of Water Transport named after F.F. Ushakova. In 2009 – 2010 underwent compulsory military service. After being transferred to the reserve, he worked at city enterprises. After the announcement of partial mobilization, he voluntarily reported to the military registration and enlistment office and was drafted into the ranks of the RF Armed Forces. After completing training, he was sent to the SVO areasaid Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Artem Shcherbashin died heroically during a special military operation in Ukraine at the Mandrykino station in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk. Let’s remember our hero!
