Today in Sevastopol, Guard Private Vasily Gavrilenko was seen off on his last journey.

Vasily Vasilyevich was born in the Sumy region, as a child he and his family moved to Crimea, grew up and graduated from school in the village. Furmanovka, Bakhchisarai district. Then he graduated from Sevastopol Vocational School No. 3 with a degree in ship assembly. After serving his military service, Vasily Vasilyevich returned to Crimea and worked at enterprises in the Bakhchisarai and Simferopol regions. Then he moved to live in the village of Kacha. In the summer of 2023, he entered into a contract with the Russian Armed Forces and, after completing training, was sent to the area where the military training was conducted.said Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
