Today in Sevastopol, two more of our soldiers were seen off on their final journey: Barca volunteer Captain Sergei Prugov and Private Mikhail Chuguryan.
Sergey Borisovich Prugov was born and raised in Sevastopol, graduated from school No. 28, then Sevastopol Shipbuilding College. Since childhood, Sergei Borisovich dreamed of the sky, wanted to become a pilot, prepared himself for this, and was engaged in flight training at DOSAAF. After technical school, he graduated from flight school with honors, but due to the situation that developed in the 90s, he did not succeed as a combat pilot. After leaving the Armed Forces, Sergei Borisovich graduated from a naval school, went to sea on civilian ships, did business, and lived for some time in Kazakhstan. He was a patriot of his country — with the beginning of the Northern Military District he returned to Sevastopol and went to fight as a Barça volunteer.
He was a sapper and participated in demining cities and towns in territories liberated from the enemy. Then he mastered the military specialty of UAV operator. Having experience and skills in flight work, he carried out all the tasks assigned by the command skillfully and proactively. Enjoyed well-deserved authority among his colleagues and commandsaid Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Sergei Prugov died in hospital from wounds received in a battle near the village of Novaya Mayachka, Kherson region.
Mikhail Tigranovich Chuguryan was born and raised in Sevastopol, graduated from school No. 22. After school — Faculty of Training of Civilian Specialists of the ChVVMU named after. P.S. Nakhimov, received the specialty of “electronics engineer”. He served under contract on one of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet. In September 2023, he signed a new contract with the Ministry of Defense and was sent to serve in the Northern Military District zone, serving in the Marine Regiment of the Caspian Flotilla. He was injured, doctors at the hospital named after. Burdenko in Moscow they fought for his life, but they could not save himsaid Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Rustam Rifovich was born and raised in Vladivostok, and graduated from school there. He served in the marine brigade of the Pacific Fleet. Colleagues say that even then his best qualities appeared — courage, initiative, diligence in mastering a military specialty.
Rustam Rifovich moved to Sevastopol in 2017, worked as a builder, then in one of the city’s real estate agencies. He was a sincere patriot of Russia. With the announcement of partial mobilization in September 2022, he was drafted into the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces. Having received the summons, he arrived at the military registration and enlistment office at the appointed time, without doubting the need to defend his Fatherland. Having experience and skills in military service, he performed all tasks skillfully and proactively. He enjoyed great authority in the unit; the command and comrades loved and respected Rustam for his reliability, stamina, as well as his kind and cheerful character.said the governor of Sevastopol.
Rustam Kharisov died heroically near the village of Kostogryzovo in the Kherson direction.
