In Sevastopol they said goodbye to volunteers — heroes of the Northern Military District
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Today in Sevastopol, two heroes, real warriors — guard junior sergeant Konstantin Bondarenko and foreman 2nd class Alexander Karpushkin — were seen off on their last journey.
Konstantin Yurievich Bondarenko was born and raised in Sevastopol in Andreevka. Graduated from Andreevskaya secondary school No. 20. Since childhood, I dreamed of military service, diligently prepared myself for it, went in for sports, and was a great patriot of Sevastopol. Having served his compulsory military service, Konstantin almost immediately, in September 2022, voluntarily arrived at the military registration and enlistment office and was drafted into the Russian Armed Forces as part of partial mobilization. Having good military and physical training, he fought skillfully and diligently, enjoyed well-deserved authority and respect from his colleaguessaid Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Konstantin Bondarenko died in the Kherson region, near Krynoki.
Alexander Nikolaevich Karpushkin was born and raised in Sevastopol. He graduated from boarding school No. 14, was very fond of military service, and was a member of a military orchestra. After serving his military service, Alexander Nikolaevich went to work in a paramilitary security detachment. He was a great patriot of his country and his native Sevastopol. In 2021, he signed a contract for military service in the reserves. After the start of the SVO, he could not remain indifferent and decided to stand up for the interests of his country. Enjoyed well-deserved authority and respect from his colleagues— said the head of the city.
According to Mikhail Razvozhaev, Alexander Karpushkin died heroically, saving his comrades in battles in the Kherson direction near Potemkino.
Let’s remember our heroes!
