Krympress reports:
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation conducted competitive selection of projects for the development of rural tourism, one of the winners from the city of Sevastopol was the project «Swiss court». The total cost of the implementation of the Swiss Court project will be 3.5 million rubles, of which 500 thousand rubles are owned. <...> The grantee plans to carry out the following measures: installation of a food court, where guests with children will be able to relax and try dishes with ostrich meat, purchase eggs, meat, semi-finished products and souvenir products; Improving the territory and recreation areas for a comfortable and safe stay of the guests of the farm— the government said.
It is noted that annually the tourist complex will visit 2.5 thousand people. The investor expects that the farm existing here will thus increase the sale of its own products.
As TASS was told by entrepreneur Elena Fontana, who implements the project, visitors will be able to observe ostriches, learn about the features of their breeding and life on the farm, stop for the night, arrange a picnic and play football.
The uniqueness is that this is not a contact zoo, but a real farm where you can feel the taste of life and participate in agricultural processes, accompanied with comfortable living in shalash or campsites, food and excursions. Cognitive excursions make it clear to understand how ostriches live in captivity, how we incubate them, we get eggs. The main goal is to increase the sales of agricultural products by opening a food court— she said.
