The governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin about the results of the development of Sevastopol for the first quarter of 2025 and the implementation of important city projects.

Despite all economic restrictions, already in the first quarter of 2025, we received 8.6 billion rubles of our own income: 136% of the same period of 2024. For the current year, the implementation of 23 events of the state program for socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol is planned— stated the head of the city.

Another topic for discussion was the development of the winery.

We already have 43 participants in the Terruar Sevastopol project. Three largest projects are being implemented: there is a modernization of the oldest Inkerman plant (investment volume of 4.2 billion rubles), the Golden Balka invested almost 4 billion rubles. And built the primary winemaking workshop. Another private investor came to Sevastopol, who built the AYA winery and laid vineyards, investing more than 4.5 billion rubles. investment. The governor also reported to the president about other projects that are implemented in the city. In particular, a multifunctional cultural center was opened in the Cossack bay for the May holidays, an elementary and secondary school, kindergarten, an adult and kindergarten were built here.

Mikhail Razvozhaev turned to Vladimir Putin with the question of the resumption of work on the improvement of historical boulevard this year.

In the state program, funds for the improvement of the territory were determined by 2026-2027 in the amount of 1.47 billion rubles. Since historical boulevard is part of the museum-reserve of heroic defense and the liberation of Sevastopol, the functions of the state customer are carried out by the PPK “Unified Customer” of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.
