In Sevastopol, two participants received their certificates of war veterans using a notary
Krympress reports:
“Assumption of eyewitnesses” — this is a notarial action if the participants of their own or members of their families need to receive testimonies of witnesses of certain events, convicted in documentary form.
What could it be? For example, a soldier performed a feat and testimonies are needed to present him for a reward. Or the PMC fighter needs confirmation of being in the zone of his own and participation in hostilities. There are situations where relatives need to evidence of the circumstances of the death of a soldier. In the latter case, the problem is that while the soldier is not recognized by the dead, relatives cannot inherit and receive payments from the state.
“Assumption of eyewitnesses” is designed to resolve such issues, the notary records the testimony of an eyewitness, assures the authenticity of his signature on the document. In turn, the received document is the basis for the commission of subsequent legally significant actions.
Thanks to the possibility of fixing the testimony of an eyewitness and to assure the authenticity of his signature on the document on June 12, two participants in a special military operation: the call sign Yelets and Matsui, received certificates of war veterans. The work on the collection and execution of documents was carried out by a member of the Sevastopol Ro VOOOV «Battle Brotherhood», a participant in the special military operation, Mikhail Efarov, together with the vice president of the notarial chamber of the city of Sevastopol, Maxim Yurchenko.
I collected, prepared the relevant documents and sent to the commission of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Joint work was carried out as part of the provision of legal assistance to the participants of the special military operation— said Mikhail Efarov.
It should be noted that this notarial action for participants perform their notaries without levying the cost of the regional tariff (the cost of their services). If necessary, you can turn to any notary in the city of Sevastopol, all without exception are ready to provide the necessary assistance in preparing documents.
