In relation to the detainees, criminal cases have been instituted under part 1 and 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code, part 3 of Art. 30 p. «G» of part 2 of article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code.
Currently, police officers check the detainees for involvement in previously committed similar facts of illegal activities in the city.
