In Sevastopol with an inspection — Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov

Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev and Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov inspected the construction of social and military facilities in Sevastopol.

The implementation of a large-scale project for the construction and reconstruction of the historical and archaeological park «Tauric Chersonesos» continues. Construction is being carried out by specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. The cluster is being erected on an area of ​​30 hectares. In addition to the «Children’s Artistic and Aesthetic Center», the construction of the «Korsun» center (a branch of «Artek») is being completed here, museums of the Crimea, Antiquity and Byzantium, and Christianity will be built. Also, Mikhail Razvozhaev, Timur Ivanov and the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Major General of Justice Vladimir Terentyev, checked the completion of works on the construction of objects of the second stage of the Sevastopol Cadet Corps of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation named after V.I. Istomin. A sports and public building is being built here, which will house a choreography class, assembly, sports and gym halls, an electronic shooting range, a library, and additional education teachers’ offices. There will be a jogging track and several areas for physical training in the adjacent territory. Recall that the building of the cadet corps was built in record time: military builders started work in March 2022, and in October 2022 they handed over the academic and administrative buildings, the sleeping module and the dining room on a turnkey basis. At the same time, in the course of the work, the historical appearance of the buildings was recreated.— noted in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

This is not the only facility being built in Sevastopol by military builders.

Mikhail Razvozhaev and Timur Ivanov also visited the construction site of a new military hospital with 150 beds. Construction work has been launched on an area of ​​8.5 hectares, more than 20 buildings and structures are being erected here, including a modern medical and diagnostic building, an infectious disease department, a blood transfusion station and an oxygen station.

The geographical location of Sevastopol, the unique climate make our region an ideal place for treatment and early rehabilitation. Now, during a special military operation, every minute counts, the speed of medical assistance depends on the rapid recovery of the fighters. Now the reinforced concrete frame of the medical and diagnostic building is being installed. Up to 300 people and more than 30 units of special equipment are involved at the facility. The medical complex will be commissioned on a turnkey basis and equipped with the most modern equipment and medical equipment.
