In Sevastopol, work is underway to improve six zones under the program «Formation of a comfortable urban environment»

Work began in June at four sites this year: in the green area between buildings No. 26 and No. 32 on Oktiabrskoy Revolyutsii Avenue, the park near the memorial to «Fell Fellow Villagers» in Lyubimovka, the 50th Anniversary of October Park in Khmelnytskyi, and on the territory near the sports ground near building No. 24 on Vetvista Street in Solnechny. Repairs have now begun at all the others.

The existing layout of the park near the Central Market will be fully preserved, but the infrastructure will be completely updated: new tiles will appear here, and new benches will be installed. The park will have decorative lighting and areas for passive recreation, – the press service of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev quotes.

In the green zone in the area of ​​house No. 2 on Yubileynaya Street in Frontovoye, an area will be organized for both quiet and active recreation: there will be swings and a pump track for children, a running track, and new lighting.

The project for landscaping the area around house No. 7B on Shevkoplyasa Street in Inkerman provides for the organization of a zone for quiet recreation: a fence will be installed around the pond in the center of the area, and benches will be located around it. There will also be areas with paving slabs.

A quiet park will be organized next to the community center in the village of Vishnevoe, which will harmoniously fit into the space. A cozy recreation area with swings and a rock garden will be built, where lavender and rosemary will be planted.

On the territory between houses No. 31 and 35 on Central Street in Rodnoye, there will be a gazebo with a canopy for relaxation and a space for active training with outdoor exercise machines. The authors of the project tried to fit the «grape» concept into the landscape design.

The park around the Zelenukha pond in Orlinoye will have a main alley and adjacent tiered areas, the area will be covered with decking and paving slabs. Benches and decorative lighting will appear in the recreation area.

All new public spaces will be barrier-free.

Let us recall that at the end of April, voting was completed within the framework of the federal project «Formation of a comfortable urban environment» of the national project «Housing and urban environment». During the voting, Sevastopol residents chose 10 public spaces that will be improved in 2025:

– green area in the area of ​​house No. 212 on General Ostryakov Avenue;
– the area around the stop “Ocean Cinema”;
– the Heroes of the Soviet Union square on the Heroes of Sevastopol street;
– a park in the area of ​​house No. 52 on Krestovsky Street;
— embankment in Andreevka;
– a green area in the area of ​​house No. 82 on Sevastopolskaya Street in Verkhnesadovoye;
– the area on Aviatorov Street in Kacha;
– the area around house No. 23 on Zhivotnovodov Street in Novobobrovka;
– green area in the area of ​​house No. 15 on Sakhalin Street in Rodny;
– the territory of the Central square opposite house No. 14 on Yablochkova Street in Inkerman.
