In 2023, seven public spaces will be improved in Sevastopol — they were chosen by the residents themselves in 2022. Voting takes place annually as part of the regional project «Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment» of the national project «Housing and Urban Environment», initiated by President Vladimir Putin. And about. Deputy Governor Yevgeny Gorlov inspected the progress of work in one of the winning territories — in the park of the 100th anniversary of Kacha. According to the project, it is planned to install swings with awnings, pergolas with benches, equip a playground, arches for climbing plants, topiaries, trash cans, and a video surveillance system in the park. In addition, the park is equipped with a fountain.

This site was chosen by the residents themselves, and all the wishes regarding the organization of recreation, as well as the playground, were taken into account by us. Currently, there is an active vote for improvement objects in 2024, about 12 thousand people have already cast their votes for the territories submitted for voting. As a reminder, as part of the implementation of the regional project «Formation of a comfortable urban environment», until May 31, a vote is being held to select public areas that will be landscaped in 2024.
