The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is working on issuing and issuing electronic combat participant IDs to citizens in the form of a plastic card. It combines the capabilities of social and bank cards and accumulates the entire range of federal and regional measures of social support for combat veterans.
The SVOi plastic card is a fast, simple and transparent way to receive the required social guarantees and payments without paperwork.
A section has been opened on the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense containing information about the electronic ID of a combat participant “SVOi”. Users of the site can get acquainted with detailed information about the procedure and deadlines for obtaining a certificate, payments made by the Russian Ministry of Defense, including social benefits, services provided and discounts, federal and regional measures of social support for combat veterans.
