In Simferopol, 169 people have been relocated from emergency housing since the beginning of the year.

By the end of this year, the administration of the Crimean capital plans to provide residents of emergency housing with another 19 apartments. This was stated by the head of the Simferopol administration, Mikhail Afanasyev, during a live broadcast organized by the Regional Management Center of the Republic of Crimea.
Unfortunately, the volume of resettlement this year does not reach 100%. Therefore, of course, we will continue this worknoted Mikhail Afanasyev.
Next year, it is planned to provide 83 residential premises for resettlement from emergency housing.
Also, according to Mikhail Afanasyev, the city is actively working to provide housing for orphans.
We have more than 400 citizens of this category on the waiting list for housing. This year we purchased 43 apartments for them. I would like to note that we additionally finance more than 100 million rubles annually on this issue from the municipal budget, and we will continue this work. The pace is good, so we set a goal in 2024 to close the issue of providing housing for orphans as much as possible— said the head of the administration of Simferopol.
Also, during a live broadcast organized by the Regional Management Center of the Republic of Crimea, Mikhail Afanasyev spoke about the elimination of the consequences of bad weather, road repairs, improvement of public areas and the city’s plans for the New Year celebration.
