This year in Simferopol, within the framework of the implementation of the Regional Capital Repair Program, it is planned to perform 231 types of capital repair works of common property of apartment buildings. The works will be carried out in 104 apartment buildings of the city.
Of these: major repairs of 35 roofs, 10 facades, 8 in-house utility networks, as well as replacement of 177 units of elevator equipment. The total funding for the work will be about 1 billion rubles. Currently, more than half of the planned work has already been completed, — reported the press service of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Crimea.
Major repairs of common property are carried out not only through monthly contributions paid by the owners of the premises, but also through funds from the republican and federal budgets.
