CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Simferopol, criminal investigation officers detained a 19-year-old “messenger” of telephone scammers. The young man, at the direction of unidentified curators, took over a million rubles from four pensioners aged from 78 to 91, deceived by scammers operating under the “Your relative was in an accident” scheme.
The detainee told the police that he found an advertisement for work as a criminal courier on one of the social networks.
