In Simferopol, a court sentenced a 41-year-old resident of Bakhchisarai. He was found guilty under paragraph “g” of Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“robbery”).
It was established that in February 2018, an attacker punched a man twice in the face, after which he openly stole a VAZ 2114 car belonging to the victim.— reported the prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, as well as existing criminal records, sentenced the man to imprisonment for a period of 3 years 6 months. The convict will serve his sentence in a maximum security correctional colony.
