In Simferopol, a children's park is being improved

On the territory of the children’s park, work on the implementation of the landscaping project continues. This was announced by the director of MBUK «Capital Parks» Vladimir Marchenko.

In order not to completely limit access to the park during the repair, the work is organized in stages. Currently, work is underway in the northern and eastern parts of the park, the rest of the zones remain open to the visit.

The letters of the input group will be decorated with a new mosaic. Also in the children’s park more than 15 thousand square meters of tiles will be laid, about 50 benches and more than 200 lamps are installed— said Vladimir Marchenko.

Particular attention is paid to green spaces. To preserve and protect them, the fence will be expanded in order to exclude access to the site where the trees are located. It is also planned to install additional lighting and a system of automatic watering of plants.

The improvement of the children’s park is carried out as part of the regional project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. The territory of the children’s park was chosen by residents of the city during the All-Russian online voting in 2024.

According to contracts, the deadlines for the completion of work — until September 1, 2025.
