In Simferopol, a raid was carried out to curb illegal trade «from the sidewalks»

Employees of the administration of the Crimean capital, together with the police, carried out a working trip in order to suppress spontaneous trade in Simferopol. We checked the places «lured» by spontaneous street vendors on Pobedy Avenue and st. 18 years of October.
Today, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator under Article 6.1, unauthorized sale of goods in places not established for these purposes by the Law of the Republic of Crimea No. 117. Dairy and canned goods were confiscated from the violator , — said Andrey Kazakov, an employee of the Department of Administrative and Technical Control of the city administration.
According to him, in order to suppress spontaneous trade, daily duty is carried out (from 9: before 18 : in areas: squares Kuibyshev and adjacent streets, Pobedy Avenue (stop «Borodina Street»), Moskovskaya Square, as well as from 8: before 02: near the Central Market. In addition, daily monitoring is carried out at the following addresses: Heroes of Stalingrad, Zalesskaya, 16 years of October and in the area of the Central Bus Station.
The results of the raids — seized 16 kg of products sold «from the sidewalk». By court decision, the goods are returned to the merchant or disposed of.
