In Simferopol, bailiffs collected wage debt from an enterprise in the amount of 553 thousand rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A former employee of one of the construction enterprises in Simferopol, after the company’s management refused to pay him wages on time and accumulated a debt to him totaling 553 thousand rubles, decided to defend his rights in court.
According to the court decision, the construction company was obliged to repay the debt to the man in full. However, the debtor’s representatives decided to postpone the execution of the court decision for a more convenient period of time. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Central District of Simferopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the construction enterprise, to which the management of the latter did not react in any way— noted in the press service GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
For untimely execution of a court decision, the department’s bailiff issued a ruling against the construction company to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 380 thousand rubles. Also, in order to encourage the debtor to fulfill obligations to his former employee, an employee of the enforcement authorities seized the company’s bank accounts and imposed a ban on making changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Realizing that the restrictions could affect the activities of the enterprise, the debtor’s representatives found the required amount as soon as possible and paid off the existing salary arrears, taking into account the enforcement fee, in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiffs department.
