In Simferopol, bailiffs collected wage debts from the enterprise in the amount of 1 million 493 thousand rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Relations between an employee and an employer are regulated by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. In the event that one of the parties violates labor laws or has claims against the other, they are usually resolved in court. Often the reason for such proceedings is the unwillingness of the employer to pay for the work of its employees in full. If the debtor does not come to understand the fallacy of his actions, then he falls into the field of view of employees of enforcement agencies.
So it happened with one of the enterprises of the city of Simferopol, engaged in the provision of public services, in respect of which enforcement proceedings were initiated in the department of bailiffs for the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city of Simferopol of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Over the last six months of 2023, the debtor company did not pay additional wages to its 33 employees in the total amount of 1 million 493 thousand rubles. In order to induce representatives of the enterprise to fulfill their debt obligations to their employees, the bailiffs of the department applied enforcement measures against the company’s management. So, among other things, employees of the bailiffs department for the Zheleznodorozhny district of Simferopol of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol checked the property status of the debtor and foreclosed on the company’s funds held in bank accounts and on receivables, as well as imposed a ban on registration actions with property belonging to the enterprise — 20 vehicles. However, the representatives of the company did not take any action to repay the debt.— noted in the press service GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
As a result, the bailiffs of the branch made an exit at the address of the company and drew up an act of seizing the vehicles owned by it, warning the representatives of the debtor that the seized property would be transferred for evaluation and further sale to pay off the debt on unpaid wages. Realizing the seriousness of the situation and not wanting to part with the vehicle they needed, the management of the debtor company on the same day found the required amount and paid the salary debt in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiffs department. Funds were transferred to citizens, the rights of workers were restored.
