In Simferopol, the results of the Bus preventive measure were summed up, within the framework of which 147 buses and trucks were inspected, including 19 transporting organized groups of children. Alas, every third case is associated with violations. And not even technical ones.

For violation of traffic rules, 51 drivers were brought to administrative responsibility, of which under Part 1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle with technical malfunctions) — 3, according to Part 1 of Art. 12.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of maneuvering) — 27, according to Part 3 of Art. 12.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for maneuvering) — 9, under part 1 of article 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for transporting passengers) — 8, under article 8.23 ​​of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (exceeding the content of pollutants established by the state standard) — 2; under Article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle with a seat belt not fastened) — 2.
