In Simferopol, the driver was held accountable for the illegal unloading of construction waste

Employees of the Department for the implementation of the administrative legislation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Simferopol together with employees of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Simferopol established and detained an attacker. It turned out to be a 35-year-old resident of the Simferopol district.
The man said that that day a friend called him and asked him to take out construction garbage from the site to a second stop of public transport, near the playground of the Kamenka microdistrict.
In relation to the offender, three administrative material was drawn up under Part 3.3 of Art. 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Non -compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection when handling production and consumption waste”, which entails the imposition of an administrative fine of 40 to 50 thousand rubles.
It was also established that the driver drives this vehicle with violations. In relation to the 35-year-old resident of the Simferopol district, a number of administrative materials were drawn up under Part 1 of Article 12.2 of the Administrative Code, under Part 2 of Art. 12.32 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, under Part 1 of Art. 12.5 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, under Part 1 of Art. 11.23 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, under Part 1.1 of Art. 12.5 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and a fine is imposed.
