In Simferopol, the exhibition «Where the Cossack steps, peace comes!»

In Simferopol, in the Crimean Ethnographic Museum, within the framework of the Interregional Festival of Cossack Culture «Crimean Tulumbasy», the exhibition «Where the Cossack steps, there comes the world» was presented.
The exhibition project includes a tablet exhibition «Cossacks in the state service», which tells about the history of the Cossacks, photographs, drawings, letters from children to Cossack volunteers participating in the SVO in Ukraine as part of the Cossack assault battalion «Tavrida», as well as military historical miniatures about the battles for Crimea in different periods of national history.
On behalf of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina, the organizers of the project and the guests of the museum were greeted by the deputy head of the republican department Andrey Tereshchenko, noting the importance and relevance of the project, its special role in shaping the love of the motherland among the younger generation.
Greetings were delivered by the Head of the Department for Cossacks of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Alexander Bazhanov, Director of the State Committee for the Cossacks «Cossacks of Crimea» Vladislav Motuzok, Ataman of the District Cossack Society «Crimean Cossack District» of the Black Sea Cossack Host, military foreman Vadim Ilovchenko, director of the Crimean Ethnographic Museum Yuri Laptev .
The exhibition also presents the work of students of cadet Cossack classes, pupils of Cossack military-patriotic clubs and primary Cossack societies of the Black Sea Cossack Host, representatives of the Union of Cossack Youth of Crimea and Sevastopol.
During the presentation of the exhibition, the director of the Center for Folk Art of the Republic of Crimea, Olga Chernikova, presented gratitude and gifts to the partners of the festival.
The folk ensemble of the Cossack song «Joy» (Novoselovsky rural house of culture of the Simferopol region) and the Family club of traditional Russian culture «Svoyasi» (Cultural and leisure center of Slantsy, Leningrad region) took part in the opening of the exhibition.
The exhibition will run until September 5th.
