In Simferopol, the overhaul of the Goskomregister document archive building has been completed

In Simferopol, a major renovation of a building designed to store archival documents of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea has been completed.

Under the terms of the state contract, work on the renovation of a building located on the street. Crimean, the balance holder of which is Goskomregister, were carried out in accordance with building codes and regulations (SNiP), GOSTs and technical regulations. On an area of ​​approximately 3,400 sq. meters, the contracting organization Alliance LLC (Simferopol) installed utility networks and communications: modern systems for heating, electricity, water supply, drainage, ventilation, video surveillance, access control, fire extinguishing and warning people about evacuation in case of fire were installed at the site. In addition, finishing work was carried out inside and outside the building, the facade was insulated, and window and door units in the premises were replaced. And this is not a complete list of serious transformations of the building, which had been in a deplorable state for years.

It is assumed that documentation from the archives of the territorial divisions of the State Committee for Register will be stored at the facility. The transfer of archives will free up premises for the work of departments and departments of the committee in all regions of Crimea and centrally carry out specialized archival storage. According to preliminary estimates, at least 1,800 standard shelving units can be placed on the first floor of the building alone.

In addition, storing an array of archival documents in one place will speed up interaction with executive authorities and local governments by systematizing all documentation and promptly searching for the necessary information. It is necessary to note the conscientious approach to the matter on the part of the contractor. The responsibility of the contractor allowed not only to qualitatively complete a large complex of works in a short time, but also to save the republican budget almost 16% of the initially planned amount of the government contract,” said Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Registration Dilyaver Yakubov.
