In Simferopol, the prosecutor's office demands that violations in the maintenance of an apartment building be eliminated

In Simferopol, the Zheleznodorozhny District Prosecutor’s Office conducted an investigation following a complaint from a local resident. It has been established that the company that manages the apartment building on Turistov/Alpinistov Street does not fulfill its responsibilities for the proper maintenance of the apartment building.

In all entrances there are destructions of the floor covering, there are tangled, disordered wires along the walls of the entrances, as well as on the facade. In order to eliminate the identified violations, the district prosecutor’s office filed a claim in court, which was considered and satisfied— reported the prosecutor’s office.

The judicial act did not enter into legal force.
