In Simferopol, the «son» constantly robbed his own mother. He will think about his behavior in the colony

In Simferopol, police department No. 3 «Central» received a statement from a 59-year-old local resident who reported the theft of 23 thousand rubles from a bank card. The woman said that in June last year, her son transferred money through a mobile application to the card of his friend.

The suspect was detained and taken to the police station, where the 30-year-old son of the applicant confessed that, secretly from his mother, from her mobile phone, to which a bank card was attached, he transferred funds to the card of his friend. Then he withdrew the transferred money and spent it on his own needs.

The police found that in addition to money, the man periodically handed over his mother’s property in the form of electronic equipment to a local pawnshop, which is confirmed by the seized pledge tickets in the name of the attacker— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

Under part 3 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“theft”), a criminal case was initiated. The sanction of this article provides for a maximum penalty of imprisonment for up to 6 years.
