In Simferopol, the witness in the case came to the court with … a drug and a tank for smoking. What happened then?

Employees of the police department No. 2 “Kiev” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Simferopol arrived at the scene of the incident and detained the suspect. The examination confirmed: the found contains a narcotic substance- a derivative of the N-methyl-feedron, with a total weight of 0.64 grams. The detainee admitted that he had bought a drug addor for personal use, but forgot to lay it out of his bag before the court — a mistake that now threatens criminal prosecution. At the moment, the forgetful witness has been chosen a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription. On the fact of the illegal storage of drugs by the investigator of the police department No. 2 “Kiev”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Simferopol opened a criminal case under part 1 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.

In addition, the examination showed that the young man was intoxicated. This fact is allocated to separate production and will be considered in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses.
